How to Order

Browse

  • Browse the store by clicking a product category to the left. Once in a category, you may also use the search engine.
  • When you find an item you would like to order, simply click the "Add to Basket" button next to the item. To see more information about the item before you buy, click the name or photo of the item.
  • To review the contents of your shopping basket, click the "Basket Contents" at the top of the page. You may then adjust the selections or quantities and check out or continue shopping.
  • When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button, located at the top of the page.
  • If you are interested in Miniature Books please email Marion ( earthcape@msn.com ) for availability.

Check Out

  • Click the "Checkout" button.
  • If you want to set up a password-protected account so that you will not have to fill in your information every time you return to Cape Cod Books Etcetera, click "Create new account". Otherwise, click "Place order without account" to proceed.
  • Review your basket. If all is well, complete the fields for billing and shipping information (if different from billing). If you want to adjust the basket contents, click "Basket contents", then return to checkout when you are ready. Click "Continue".
  • Review all your information for accuracy. Select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Click "Continue".
  • If paying by credit card, complete the card information, and click Continue". NOTE: Your credit card information is protected by the Cape Cod Books Etcetera Secure SSL Certificate. You will note a small lock in the bottom bar of the browser, when you are operating securely.
  • After your order is submitted, an invoice page will appear. Print a copy of this page using your browser; it contains valuable information about your order and will be your receipt. If you have problems printing this page, please write down your order number for future reference.

Shipping & Returns

Your item will normally ship by Standard or Express within two days of placing your order. If there is a delay due to low inventory, we will contact you. We will gladly give you an in-store credit on merchandise returned within 30 days in original condition.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when shipping to an address in Massachusetts.
